From May 13-16, the 84th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) was held at the National Exhibition and
Convention Center (Shanghai) . 5000+ medical providers from over 30 countries or regions and tens of thousands of visitors attended the tradeshow. SinoVision showcased its key technologies and latest solutions, including key CT components like the detector and the collimator, and latest solutions like big bore CT scanners and public health solutions.

On the first day of the event, SinoVision launched a series of new products and solutions, including public health solutions, navigating robot, 5G hybrid operation solutions, Alpha series of big bore CT scanners, which attracted great attention and interest from industry experts, practitioners, and general visitors.

Public Health Solutions mainly caters to the requirements from addressing the COVID-19 pandemic challenges, in that it can make quick response to meet the demand for COVID-19 screening and diagnosis wherever new cases emerges even in remote areas. Both SinoVision’s field CT and Mobile CT Unit provide good protection to technicians and radiologists since the scanning and operation rooms are separate from each other and  meticulous cleaning and disinfecting system has been designed for the CT room.

The navigating robot is intended for the practice of interventional therapy in county-level hospitals. Precise navigation, precise treatment and real-time assessment can be easily achieved. The system is easy to learn and easy to operate. It will help the clinicians operate interventional operations that formerly requires profound experiences from long-term learning and practicing. With interventional therapy available at county-level hospitals, oncology patients will get interventional therapy more conveniently and more cost-effectively.

Based on independently developed technologies, and integrated with new technologies like 5G, big data, precision medicine, remote medicine and etc., Sinovision released the 5G Hybrid Operation Solutions, mainly intended to advance the medical care of primary care providers and provide minimally invasive operation to cancer patients. Experts from central hospitals can plan and direct the operation with clinicians from county-level hospitals almost simultaneously. This will consequently make interventional therapy more accessible and affordable, and provide an effective treatment alternative to cancer patients.
